Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms had a pleasant cinnamon smell, were pretty and clean, but lacked special touches like fruit or towel animals for a 5* experience. The service was welcoming and professional, especially at the Front Office and Restaurant. The location was safe and near a charming village, though the beach area needed attention. Dining offered a good variety but felt more like a 3-star experience. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers beautifully appointed rooms in a modern but traditional style with a very comfortable bed and a balcony facing the sea. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and spacious, providing a stunning view of the large pool, tranquil gardens, and the ocean. The service is exceptional, with welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff. The location is perfect, overlooking the Indian Ocean and situated in the Western Coastal area of Sri Lanka. The dining experience is great, with nice and fresh local curries, international dishes, and fresh fruits. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor hiccups.
