Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was incredibly comfortable and nice, although it seemed a bit outdated for its rating. The service was super friendly and extremely helpful, although at times they struggled to understand my frustration. The location was outstanding, directly on the beach with access to everything Miami Beach offers. The dining options varied from amazing to disappointing in terms of value for money. Overall, a mixed but enjoyable experience.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room I initially checked into was not made up and there was noise all night with people coming and going, but the room I was eventually moved to was in excellent condition. However, the AC didn't work, making it quite hot inside.
The hotel room was not as described on Booking, and the staff weren't very helpful, even skipping us for two days straight. However, the room was surprisingly equipped with a balcony and a bath, labeled as a 'double room with a double bed. '
The hotel is centrally located in Miami Beach, steps away from the beach, perfect for enjoying the ocean drive, shopping at Lincoln Dr, and exploring various restaurants. While the rooms need a little updating and cleanliness was an issue during my stay, the staff was friendly and helpful. The dining options were limited and pricey, but the location was heavenly.
I was excited to stay at a beachfront hotel, but I found some drawbacks such as not being able to add a rollaway bed and unexpected charges at the end. The room I received wasn't as expected in terms of the view and floor level, and I didn't feel well-rested in the mornings.
